I’ve been a licensed public adjuster for over 25 years, but my connection to insurance adjusting started long before that. I remember when Hurricane Andrew tore the roof off my family’s Miami home. For several hours, my family huddled in the hallway, terrified, as the storm raged.

After the storm passed, water poured into our home, ruining everything we owned. I’ll never forget the sight of my mother crying over our destroyed possessions, or my father, who had just had a surgery and quit smoking, picking up a stale cigarette he found in a cabinet and lighting it as he stared at the wreckage of his home.

It took a week for an adjuster to come out. He offered my parents a $2,000 advance. In 1992, $2,000 could buy you some peace of mind, but it didn’t come close to covering what we needed to rebuild. It took about ??? for them to receive $26,000, which we thought was fair at the time. Back then, I didn’t know what a public adjuster was or that someone could have fought for my family to get more. But I vividly remember the anxiety and stress my parents endured, trying to figure out how the process worked.

Fast forward, and here I am—25 years later, helping families and business owners rebuild their lives after storms, fires, leaks, and every other loss that turns life upside down. I know what you’re going through. I know the sleepless nights, the endless phone calls, and the frustration of trying to get what’s rightfully yours from an insurance company that just doesn’t seem to care.

I’ve seen how policies have been stripped of coverage, how premiums keep climbing, and how claims that should be paid are being denied. And I’m angry about it. But more importantly, I’m passionate about fixing it.

For the past 25 years, I haven’t advertised once. My business has grown entirely through word of mouth—referrals from satisfied clients who know I’ll fight for them as if their home were my own. I don’t rely on flashy ads or gimmicks because my work speaks for itself.

Insurance companies have been forced to be more transparent in recent years, but that doesn’t mean they’ve stopped trying to underpay claims or deny them outright. That’s where I come in. I make it my mission to get you the money you need to rebuild and ensure you have a safe, secure roof over your family’s heads—because that’s not just a basic necessity; it’s peace of mind.
